Sales Coordinator - Nights
Job Description:
Summary: Responsible for coordination, analyzing, evaluating and accounting of all incoming and outgoing production while maintaining the sales mix and strategy set forth by the Sales Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Daily tracking of incoming and outgoing loads.
- Coordination of Customer mix to be performed daily
- Preparation of Daily and Weekly Sales Data and Reports.
- Updating the sales orders in the database.
- Evaluates line performance to insure SEP achieves yield and quality standards set forth by OK Foods and Customer Specifications
- Performs all other assigned duties as necessary.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Education and/or Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to write reports and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Manufacturing software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
